Tuxedo Blue is a collaboration of Richard Mears and Bill Westerfield which combines Richard's talent for writing and Bill's whimsical illustrations.
Richard Mears was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He has explored the fields of film production and investment management. Bill Westerfield was born in Newark, NJ, raised on the Jersey shore, but now lives in NYC's Hell's Kitchen with his wife Heidi.
